“复杂口腔疾病的多学科诊疗”课程设置与实践

摘要:

口腔专业医生虽然已具备处理口腔专科问题的诊疗能力,但在人口老龄化趋势下面临着跨学科诊疗风险识别的系统性挑战。为解决这一临床困境,教学团队对研究生课程“复杂口腔疾病的多学科诊疗”实施建设,以构建“系统性诊疗思维”为核心目标,从“理论架构-思维认知-技能培养-素质提升”四个方面对课程内容进行设置;从课程模式建设与授课方式两个方面对授课方式进行改进;通过模拟MDT诊疗对学生能力进行立体化评估;最终实现培养学生综合诊疗思维能力与诊疗素养、培养具备系统诊疗风险意识的专业口腔人才教育目标。

Abstract:

Although oral health professionals have the ability to diagnose and treat stomatological problems, they face systemic challenges in recognizing interdisciplinary diagnostic and treatment risks amidst the trend of population aging. In order to solve this clinical dilemma, the teaching team carried out the development and implementation of the graduate course “Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment of Complex Oral Diseases.” The reform centers on cultivating “systemic diagnostic thinking” as its core objective, structuring the curriculum around four key dimensions:“theoretical framework, cognitive thinking, skill development, and competency enhancement.” The teaching methods have been improved through innovations in course design and instructional approaches, while student capabilities are assessed through simulated Multidisciplinary Team(MDT) case studies. Ultimately, the reform aims to cultivate students' comprehensive diagnostic thinking and clinical competence, fostering the development of oral health professionals with a systemic awareness of diagnostic risks.
