目的:评价超强玻璃纤维加流动树脂牙周夹板在老年人松牙固定术中的临床效果。方法:在需要固定的前牙舌侧邻接点处(后牙为牙合面)开一条约3mm宽,0.7mm深的沟,完成超强玻璃纤维加流动树脂牙周夹板治疗,经14年的随访观察。结果:超强玻璃纤维牙周夹板在前牙夹板和后牙夹板间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在老年人松牙固定术中,超强玻璃纤维牙周夹板在前、后牙均可有效地保存松动患牙,是一种理想的牙周夹板。
Abstract：AIM:To evaluate the effects of fiber-reinforced composite periodontal splint(FRC) on fixing the aged loosen teeth.METHODS:A groove about 3 mm wide and 0.7 mm deep on the approximal point of labial lingual or on the center occlusal of molar was made.Followed 1-4 years effects after completed the periodontal splint.RESULTS:The difference was not significant between the labial and molar of the FRC periodontal splint (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The FRC periodontal splint had effective between anterior and posterior teeth in saving aged loosen teeth.
